Ido Stern is the founding partner of Stern Law Office. He practices in the areas of construction law; real estate transactions; land use, entitlement and zoning; and wills, trusts and estates.

Mr. Stern advises clients on various aspects of complex residential, commercial and industrial land use and development projects. His work on these projects includes due diligence review, local entitlement processing, environmental review under Florida Law, state and federal resource agency permitting, associated land use transactions, and defending challenges to project approvals under land use laws.

Additionally, Mr. Stern provides estate planning counsel and legal advice to clients of all levels of net worth, and is expert at the tax ramifications of estate planning, including the advanced use of charitable trusts as a socially-conscious yet fiscally responsible estate planning tool.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stern worked as a general contractor in both Florida and New York, and leverages his intimate knowledge of the real estate process to his clients' benefit. He has managed every stage of the development process, from evaluating deals to preparing marketing plans, to loan application, to permitting, to construction management, to managing both budgets and workforces.

Mr. Stern lives in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife and children.
